What are anti aging foods?
There are several answers to this question, however, this is quite interesting because there are only a few remaining sources of this very important food.
The remaining ones we now have are now mainly derived from fish.
This is becoming a major problem because this food is now becoming scarce and is essential for our health.
What food are we talking about ?
Omega 3 fatty acids.
Why is this such a problem?
Because it all originates in the vegetable kingdom.
In the ocean it is derived from a type of plankton, in cattle it comes from grasses which our animals were intended to eat.
Our modern farming methods and our chicken hatcheries feed all sorts of substitute feeds with very little natural grasses.
The result—---little if any omega 3 in the food we eat.
The same thing happens with farmed salmon which have practically no Omega 3.
They are fed with food which will make them grow quickly and which contains no omega 3.
They don’t have access to things like krill which is very rich in these important anti aging foods.
A pure source of this essential fatty acid plays a big part in our health, however it is now hard to find.
Because this is such an important food I regularly use a supplementary source of this important omega 3.
I do not sell or benefit from recommending this product and if you wish to know its source, it is produced by a company called NORDIC NATURALS in Norway.
They are easy to find on the internet.
Omega 3 can have a large beneficial effect on our anti aging foods and if you are interested in your longevity have a look at the following site.
